There’s always a little truth behind every “just kidding”, a little knowledge behind every “I don’t know”, a little emotion behind every “I don’t care”, and a little pain behind every “It’s okay”.

This is my next attempt! Stuffed Chicken Legs… watch out for the upcoming blogs

Ever since I took my professional cooking class, I have gained so much knowledge with different cooking techniques and equipments. I have always wanted to try a beef wellington which was introduce to me through the television show ran by Gordan Rasmey: Hell’s Kitchen. With the help of my friend Chris, who does not cook or bake at all we decided to make a Beef Wellington, and it actually turned out pretty good! It was a bit over seasoned but the meat was so juicy and tender it just made the dish taste that much better! My good friend Sergio showed me the youtube clips of the,  “F word” with Chef Rasmey showing how he make his famous dishes under 2 mins.

Although Chef does not mention how much of a certain ingredient he used, we had to eye ball it and figure it out ourselves.  Its pretty easy just follow his video!

These are the ingredients we used in our beef wellington…

lean, finely-grained beef ‘fillets’

Eggs

Olive Oil

English Mustard..not dijon :)

Portobella  Mushrooms

Prosciutto (parma) ham

Puff Pasty

rock or coarse salt
